Workout Data: Exercise sessions, duration, time under load, weight, reps, and personal notes.

Preferences: Calendar settings, unit preferences, voice command settings, and exercise configurations.

Technical Data: Device type, app version, and usage analytics (non-personally identifiable).

Custom Exercises: If you create a custom exercise that is not already in the app's Exercise Library, the exercise name, muscle group, and your account email are sent to the IronLog team. This allows us to review the exercise and potentially add it to the app for all users to benefit from.

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols. We store your information securely in our database and only you have access to your personal fitness data.

Voice commands are processed locally in your browser and immediately discarded—no audio recordings are stored or used for training AI models.

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws. If a user is under 13, parental consent is required. Parents or guardians can request deletion of a child's account and data at any time.
